Gladney, Sr., or if they be dead, their Child or Children, heirs at law, devisees, executors, administrators, legal representatives, or distributes of his estate; and all other persons unknown to the Plaintiff herein having or claiming to have any right, title or interest in or lien upon the premises herein mentioned and described, as heirs at law, devisees, grantees, successors, assigns or otherwise, all such unknown adult persons being in a class designated as John Doe and any unknown infants or persons under legal disability or persons in the military service of the United States being designated as Richard Roe.

YOU ARE HEREBY notified that a hearing will be held in the captioned action before the Sixth Judicial Circuit Judge on June 1, 2017, at 10:00 a.m. at the Fairfield County Courthouse, S. Congress Street, Winnsboro, South Carolina, to take testimony and to hear and determine all issues of law and fact as to the condemnation of said property for the Winnsboro water line.
