BY VIRTUE of a decree heretofore granted in the case of: Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. vs. Betty M. Sanders; Allyson Gilstrap, Individually; Allyson Gilstrap, as Personal Representative of The Estate of Alson Causey Sanders; , C/A No. 2017CP2000171, The following property will be sold on October 2, 2017, at 11:00 AM at the Fairfield County Courthouse to the highest bidder

All that certain parcel or lot of land in the County of Fairfield, State of South Carolina, on the southeastern side of the road from Winnsboro, to Bell’s Bridge Road, known as Highway 34, about six (6) miles northwest of Winnsboro, containing three (3) acres, more or less, and being shown on plat made by R.P. McMeekin, dated December 28, 1972 and recorded in the office of the Clerk of Court for Fairfield County in Book “EF” of Deeds at page 305 and as shown thereon is bounded on the northwest by said highway, on the northeast and southeast by lands of Julian S. Martin, on the southwest by land now or formerly of McClintock.

TERMS OF SALE: A 5% deposit in certified funds is required. The deposit will be applied towards the purchase price unless the bidder defaults, in which case the deposit will be forfeited. If the successful bidder fails, or refuses, to make the required deposit, or comply with his bid within 30 days, then the property will be resold at his risk. No personal or deficiency judgment being demanded, the bidding will not remain open after the date of sale, but compliance with the bid may be made immediately. The successful bidder will be required to pay interest on the amount of the bid from date of sale to date of compliance with the bid at the rate of 6.625% per annum.
