John Covert, CAB Board Vice President talked about the program’s success in the community and introduced Joseph Scott who gave testimony about how CAB helped his family when he was diagnosed with a rare muscle disease that left him unable to work or earn a living for his family.

Recognition was given to Lauren Well, the past Board Chair of CAB and to Meredith Covert for her work with Blythewood Gives, a charitable program she founded last year that brings in donations for CAB.

Covert thanked the community for its support of CAB and thanked the group’s volunteers for their dedication.
