Club members enjoy breakfast on the runway.
GREENRBIER – Fairfield County Airport hosted the South Carolina Breakfast Club on Sunday, Nov. 26. The South Carolina Breakfast Club for has been visiting airports around South Carolina and a few surrounding states every other Sunday since 1938, missing only events during World War II when fuel was not available.
Brian Steed, S&S Aviation Owner, Melanie Steed, Loyd Dunham and Ken Berry provided breakfast for the approximately 80 people in attendance. The airport experienced about 45 planes transient into the airport for the event.
