NOTICE OF PENDENCY OF ACTION NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT an action has been commenced and is now pending or is about to be commenced in the Circuit Court upon the complaint of the above named Plaintiff against the above named Defendant for the purpose of foreclosing a certain mortgage of real estate heretofore given by Catherine Favor-Kennedy to Bayview Loan Servicing, LLC, a Delaware Limited Liability Company bearing date of July 21, 2009 and recorded July 24, 2009 in Mortgage Book 961 at Page 293 in the Register of Mesne Conveyances/Register of Deeds/Clerk of Court for Fairfield County, in the original principal sum of Forty Thousand Two Hundred Twenty Three and 78/100 Dollars ($40,223.78). Thereafter, by assignment recorded March 3, 2017 in Book 1267 at Page 254, the mortgage was assigned to CitiFinancial Servicing LLC; thereafter, by assignment recorded March 3, 2017 in Book 1267 at Page 255, the mortgage was assigned to Bayview Loan Servicing, LLC, a Delaware Limited Liability Company., and that the premises effected by said mortgage and by the foreclosure thereof are situated in the County of Fairfield, State of South Carolina, and is described as follows: All that lot, parcel or tract of land, with buildings and improvements thereon, composed of approximately one (1) acre, lying and being near the Town of Ridgeway, County of Fairfield, State of South Carolina, and being bounded on the Northeast by land now of formerly of Miller, on the Southeast by State Road S-20-74; on the Southwest by lands now or formerly of Kearney; and on the Northwest by lands now of formerly of Miller. The said tract being more particularly described as Lot A according to a plat of survey prepared for Minnie M.
