BY VIRTUE of a decree heretofore granted in the case of:  Wells Fargo Bank, NA vs. Christina Buchanan a/k/a Christy Buchanan; South Carolina Department of Revenue; , C/A No. 2017CP2000103, The following property will be sold on April 2, 2018, at 11:00 AM at the Fairfield County Courthouse to the highest bidder

All that certain piece, parcel or tract of land lying, being and situate just North of the Town of Winnsboro, in Fairfield County, in the State of south Carolina, containing 2.5 acres, more or less, and being near the US Highway 321 Bypass, and being bounded now or formerly as follows: On the North by a line parallel to a branch and six feet South of said branch across which lie the lands on Doty; on The East by US Highway 321 Bypass; on the South by Highway 34; and on the West by lands of Doty. Said Tract has such shape, metes,. courses and distances as set forth on a plat thereof made by Floyd S. Griffin, Jr., Surveyor, dated December 11, 1965 and recorded January 20, 1966 in the Office of the Clerk of Court for Fairfield County in Plat Book “DJ” at Page 327.

TERMS OF SALE:  A 5% deposit in certified funds is required.  The deposit will be applied towards the purchase price unless the bidder defaults, in which case the deposit will be forfeited.  If the successful bidder fails, or refuses, to make the required deposit, or comply with his bid within 30 days, then the property will be resold at his risk.  No personal or deficiency judgment being demanded, the bidding will not remain open after the date of sale, but compliance with the bid may be made immediately.  The successful bidder will be required to pay interest on the amount of the bid from date of sale to date of compliance with the bid at the rate of 3.5% per annum.  For complete terms of sale, see Judgment of Foreclosure and Sale filed with the Fairfield County Clerk of Court at C/A #2017CP2000103.
