WASHINGTON – The Griffin Bow Tie Club took a brief weekend trip to Washington D.C. as a culminating activity based on one of the mentoring club’s five beliefs, that a man should be well-traveled. Superintendent Dr. J.R. Green said the trip provided tremendous exposure for the students as many of the opportunities were first time experiences. The group believes men should also be well-read, well-spoken, well-dressed and well-balanced.
