COLUMBIA – This week Lady Bengal soccer standout and Coastal Carolina signee Loranna Austin was voted onto the All-Midlands soccer team by a panel at The State. Austin scored 11 goals this season and assisted on six more scores.
Austin’s counterpart on the boy’s side, Aidan Shay also received enough votes to make the All-Midlands cut. He had three goals, one assist, was selected to the Clash of Carolina all-star game and committed to Francis Marion.
Paddy Orr, Logan Shay and Devin Shephard received honorable mention nods.
