WINNSBORO – Goldendoodle Charlie Lewis looked adoringly at his dance partner, Ralph Taylor, as the two danced Friday night away alongside Charlie’s owner, Debbie Lewis, during the Shagging in the Street festival in downtown Winnsboro. The event, made possible by the Fairfield Chamber of Commerce and funded by the Town of Winnsboro, was attended by hundreds of people until the evening ended abruptly because of an unexpected storm. Shag music was provided by the Reunion Bande.
