BY VIRTUE of a decree heretofore granted in the case of:  Deutsche Bank National Trust Company as Trustee for Asset Backed Securities Corporation Long Beach Home Equity Loan Trust 2000-LB1 vs. Dana Myrick; James Stevenson, Jr.; Any Heirs-At-Law or Devisees of  Dianne B. Stevenson, Deceased, their heirs, Personal Representatives, Administrators, Successors and Assigns, and all other persons entitled to claim through them; all unknown persons with any right, title or interest in the real estate described herein; also any persons who may be in the military service of the United States of America, being a class designated as John Doe; and any unknown minors or persons under a disability being a class designated as Richard Roe; , C/A No. 2016CP2000399, The following property will be sold on November 5, 2018, at 11:00 AM at the Fairfield County Courthouse to the highest bidder

All that certain parcel or lot of land lying, being and situate in the Greenbrier Community, County of Fairfield, State of South Carolina, and designated as Lot No. 5 on a plat thereof made by E.L. Driggers, RLS, dated October 17, 1970 and recorded in the Office of the Clerk of Court for Fairfield County in Book “DX” of Deeds at page 406. And as shown thereon butts and bounds as follows, to-win: beginning at a point of the center line of the dirt road leading from Road S-20-63 to St. Luke’s Church and running thence S 28 30’W for two hundred forty (240) feet, more or less, along lot No. 6 as shown on said plat to an iron; thence, N 59 25’W for one hundred twenty-five (125’) feet, along lands of J.L. Robinson to an iron; thence N 28 30’S for two hundred forty (240’) feet, more or less, along Lot No. 4 as shown on said plat to a point in the centerline of the dirt road leading to St. Luke’s Church; thence, S 59 25’E for one hundred twenty-five (125’) feet, more or less, along the centerline of said dirt road to the point of commencement.
