WINNSBORO – Ghosts and goblins of all ages invaded downtown Winnsboro last weekend during the town’s annual Pumpkin Fest.
There were hayrides through downtown, games, a fortune teller, free face painting by Luna Trix and more. Kloe Haney (Cleopatra) won first place in the costume contest and Isabella Fair won the $25 first place prize in the pumpkin carving contest.
