YOU ARE HEREBY SUMMONED and required to answer the Petition in this action, of which a copy is herewith served upon you, and to serve a copy of your Answer to the said Petition on the subscriber at his offices located at 120 West Washington Street (P. 0. Box 1006), Winnsboro, South Carolina 29180 within thirty (30) days after the service thereof, exclusive of the day of such service, and if you fail to answer the Petition within the time aforesaid, judgment by default will be rendered against you for the relief demanded in the Petition.

PETITION
Joseph Jerome Jenkins filed a Petition with the Fairfield County Probate Court on September 24, 2018, to be appointed as Guardian and Conservator for Eunice Hall Jenkins, an allegedly incapacitated Person, who resides in Fairfield County. The requested requests for appointment as Guardian and Conservator is necessary because Mrs. Jenkins cannot handle any of her affairs. The appointment of Joseph Jerome Jenkins, an adult child of the protected person, has requested this appointment.
YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that a hearing will be held in the captioned action before the Fairfield County Probate Court on March 13, 2019, at 10: 00 a.m. at the Fairfield County Courthouse, S. Congress Street, Winnsboro, South Carolina, to take testimony and to hear and determine all issues of law and fact as to the appointment of a Guardian and Conservator for Eunice Hall Jenkins.
