BLYTHEWOOD – Lancaster’s four-run sixth inning put them ahead for the 3-5 victory over Westwood last Friday.
Gaines Salvant went 2-3 at the plate with two singles. Josh Wise and Joseph Bennett singled for an RBI apiece. Joey Gonzales added the third RBI with a fielder’s choice. Coby Buck, Jalen Jackson, and Dylan Bailey also singled.
John Janco pitched 5.1 innings, striking out five of the 23 batters faced. Janco allowed seven hits and three runs.
Westwood’s Monday and Tuesday night games were postponed. They travel to Ridge View on tonight for a 7 p.m. game.
