More than 100 people attended the Ag + Art Farm to Table dinner at the new Market building in downtown Winnsboro last week. Guitarist/singer Luke Moore entertained from a stage high above the entrance doors as guests dined on homegrown chicken and vegetables. The dinner kicked off the annual Fairfield County Ag + Art farm tour.
WINNSBORO – The County’s new Market building was the perfect venue for Fairfield County AG + Art’s Farm to Table dinner. More than a hundred guests enjoyed chicken and vegetables fresh off several Fairfield County farms.
Chef Maocia Coleman-Owens of Exquisite Catering turned out a meal that brought many compliments to the chef. The Cornwallis Tea Room provided the berry cobbler. Guitarist/singer Luke Moore entertained from a stage high above the entrance doors.
Patti Wilkes and Lou Ann Coleman decorated the room and tables with the able assistance of Fairfield County Chamber Director Gene Stephens.
“It was a great turnout with deliciously prepared local food and great music,” Stephens said. “The weather was perfect and the Market building showed its versatility off beautifully. It was an evening to remember.”
