BLACKSTOCK – The public is invited to attend the October 26 “Listening Tour” hosted by the SC Democratic Party Rural Caucus and the SC Democratic Party Black Caucus at Blackstock Fish Camp, 1944 Blackstock Rd, Blackstock, SC.
This is the third in a series of outreach tours focused on getting elected officials and candidates for office to hear and learn from the voices of their rural constituents. The next session is planned for the Upstate and will include the five counties of Chester, Fairfield, Newberry, Union and Camden-Kershaw.
All presidential, statewide and local candidates or their representatives are encouraged to attend this and all future listening sessions.
“Every Democratic candidate running for president needs to be in one of these listening sessions,” SCDP Chairman Trav Robertson urged.
