NOTICE OF SALE 2019-CP-20-00219 BY VIRTUE of a decree heretofore granted in the case of: Strategic Realty Fund, LLC against Joseph Robinson, Carrie Robinson f/k/a Carrie H. Jones, and The South Carolina Department of Motor Vehicles, I, the undersigned Special Referee for Fairfield County, will sell on December 2, 2019, at 11:00 a.m. at the Fairfield County Courthouse in Winnsboro, South Carolina, to the highest bidder, the following described property, to-wit: All that piece, parcel or lot of land, lying, being and situate in the County of Fairfield, State of South Carolina near Rounder Chappell Store, and being more particularly delineated on a plat thereof made by Glenn Brothers dated June 27, 1974, and recorded in the Office of the Clerk for Fairfield County in Book “ EL,” at Page 454, and as shown thereon butts and bounds as follows to wit: On the northerly side by lands of Willie Chappell, whereon it measures one hundred seventy-nine and forty three one hundredths (179.43) feet, on the easterly side by lands of Peay whereon it measures two hundred thirty and eight tenths (230.8) feet, on the southerly side by the center line of a dirt road whereon it measures one hundred seventy nine and fifty eight one hundredths (179.58) feet, and on the westerly side by lands of Woodrow Chappell the Grantor whereon it measures two hundred twenty four and eighteen one hundredths (224.18) feet. Jones by deed of Albert Jackson and Dorothy Jackson, dated June 23, 1975 and recorded June 25, 1975 in Deed Book EP at Page 512; thereafter, Willie Jones, Jr. conveyed his interest in the subject property to Carrie Robinson f/k/a Carrie H. Jones by deed dated March 17, 1987 and recorded March 25, 1987 in Deed Book JE at Page 34. Should the successful bidder fail or refuse to make the required deposit at time of bid or comply with the other terms of the bid within thirty (30) days, then the Special Referee may resell the property on the same terms and conditions (at the risk of the said defaulting bidder).
