BLYTHEWOOD – A community meeting will be held for Rimer Pond Road residents who are being ask by the City of Columbia to assign easements on their properties to the city for a waterline. The meeting is set for 3 p.m. on Sunday, Jan. 5 at the new Blythewood Presbyterian Church (next to Round Top Elementary School) on Rimer Pond Road.
The meeting is not being called by city officials, but by residents along the road in an attempt to share and gather information about the easement offerings.
The waterline is proposed to be constructed from the water tower on Rimer Pond Road to Hardscrable Road.
