Frances Riley of Blythewood turned 95 on Saturday with a drive-by party. Approximately 50 cars carrying about 90 people drove through her driveway bearing balloons that were tied to her fence. The festive day included friends, relatives and former students of the retired teacher. Riley’s older sister is 101 and her younger sister is 90.
