WINNSBORO – Winnsboro Mayor Roger Gaddy presented a proclamation honoring Dub Miller, the owner of Carolina Cleaners in downtown Winnsboro, who retired June 30 and closed the longtime family business.
“We want to thank you and your family for all that you have done for the community over the years,” Gaddy told Miller.
One by one, town and county employees and longtime customers also thanked Miller for his service to the town and for the special kindnesses he showed them.
