Members of the Building Industry Association of Central South Carolina (BIA) named Kevin Steelman of Blythewood the 2020 Residential Builder Member of the Year.
Steelman, a resident of Blythewood, currently serves as the president and CEO, partner/owner of LandTech Incorporated of SC and has been employed with LandTech since March 2000. He serves as chairman of the Land Development Council representing the BIA before local governments on numerous land development issues.
