FORT MILL – Bengals Lacrosse got back in the win column last Thursday in Fort Mill with a win over Catawba Ridge.
Junior Ty Auton had three goals and an assist. Seniors Matt Summerford, Jake Bailes and Nic Van Zyl had two goals each. Eric Reid, Walt Simpson, Evan Taylor and William Oakes all had one goal. Bailes led the Bengals with five assists. Van Zyl, Owen Heller and Zach Simmonds also had assists.
Junior Max Bloom had 12 saves in the 13-6 win over the Copperheads.
Up next, Blythewood will face Spring Valley on April 15.
