WINNSBORO – Winnsboro artist Barbara Yongue’s painting that she says was inspired by Bing Crosby’s ‘Count My Blessings’ (and many sleepless nights) won the Heirloom Fine Art Gallery’s Dream Works juried art show last Friday. The art work was juried by Larry Elder of Larry Elder Art Consultants in Charlotte. There were 21 entries from the Fairfield County Art Council. Harold Branham of Blythewood won second place.
