COLUMBIA – Blythewood High School was named 2021 winner of the University of South Carolina’s Professional Development School (UofSC PDS) Exemplary Achievement Award earlier this month. Blythewood principal Matt Sherman noted that the school’s teacher leadership model is an ongoing innovation at Blythewood that has set the stage for reflective practice across disciplines.
Twenty-four schools in the Midlands are active in UofSC PDS.
