Every year prior to the Ridgeway Christmas Parade, Carol Allen, owner of Laura’s Tea Room, opens the tea room for a Children’s Christmas Tea for little girls and their moms, grandmothers, aunts or another adult friend or relative. This year, as every year, the tea room was sold out with the tiny tea guests.
Following tea, they all sat down on the stairs, still wearing their fancy hats, for a group photo.
