Lula Entzminger Trapp

BLYTHEWOOD – Lula Entzminger Trapp, 89, widow of C.W. Trapp, died on Thursday, November 25, 2021. Born in Blythewood, SC, on July 3, 1932, she was a daughter of the late Colie and Estelle Cook Entzminger. Mrs. Trapp was a member of Killian Baptist Church and had a deep love for her large family. She was a devoted homemaker and enjoyed cooking, cleaning and decorating. More so in her later years, she also enjoyed family vacations wherever the destination may be.

Survivors include her sons, Elbert “Peanut” Branham, Coleman and Clayton Trapp; daughters, Loretta Fipps, Wendy Cannaday and Janice Lee; eleven grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren; and two great-great grandchildren; Mrs. Trapp was preceded in death by her three brothers; four sisters; and son, Larry Branham.

The funeral service for Mrs. Trapp will be held at 3 o’clock, Monday, November 29th at Shives Funeral Home, Trenholm Road Chapel, 7600 Trenholm Road Ext., Columbia. Burial will follow the service in Killian Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 3 until 5 o’clock, Sunday evening at the funeral home. Serving as pallbearers will be William Trapp, Richard Trapp, Carl Shelton, Cole Trapp, Kolton Kaiser, and Tim Fogle. Honorary pallbearers will be Harold Branham, Mark Smith, Santiago Ramirez and Troy Grenier.
