WINNSBORO — Ty Davenport, director of the Fairfield County Economic Development Department is announcing that Zechariah Willoughby has joined the department as Project Manager.
Willoughby is a graduate of the University of South Carolina with degrees in political science and anthropology.
Prior to joining Fairfield County, Zechariah worked in fundraising at the Columbia Museum of Art. He has experience in political campaigns where he specialized in fundraising, policy development, and communications.
“I have a passion for rural development,’ Willoughby said, “and I’m honored to be joining Ty and the Fairfield County Economic Development team. I’m truly excited that I’ll be able to help fulfill the department’s mission of increasing economic opportunities for all residents and enhancing the quality of life of those within Fairfield County.”
