COLUMBIA – The City of Columbia extended their Food Truck Friday summer initiative into July. New food vendors and the food trucks will operate in the REI Co-op parking lot at the corner of Bull Street and Colonial (2300 Bull Street).
“Food Truck Fridays was started to showcase some of the great businesses and great food in our city,” Columbia Councilwoman Aditi Bussells said. “I’m excited about the success of Food Truck Fridays and look forward to our citizens enjoying more good food this summer.”
On Friday, July 8, choose from T & A Southern, The Arepa Chef and Carolina Cookin’. Bessie’s Bites will join the trio on Friday, July 15. Food trucks are open to the public from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
