The Civitan Way

The recently organized Greater Blythewood Civitan Club held its first annual cornhole charity event Saturday on the lawn outside Doko Station.

About 50 people attended, as 16 teams played 6 rounds of cornhole to raise $2,400 to benefit the UMB Center for Neurodevelopment. Civitan president Chris Eaker presented first place prizes to the Blythewood Brothers Slusser (Eric and Robert, above) and second place awards to Bill Tolison and Claude Sikes.
