Proud parents Dillon and Ivy Cail are happy to announce the birth of their son, Matthew Pope Cail.
Matthew was born on September 27, 2022 at Prisma Health Baptist Parkridge Hospital, weighing 7 pounds 8 ounces and measuring 20 inches long.
Paternal grandparents are Jimmy and the late Sharon Perez Cail. Maternal grandparents are Tommy and Connie Pope Wilkes.
