WILMINGTON, NC – Outside of the playoff scene, Westwood seniors Jessica Woods and Arden Conyers, a South Carolina signee, are set to play in this year’s Carolinas Classic all-star boys and girls basketball games. The game features top seniors from North and South Carolina and will be played in Wilmington March 25.
Conyers, a Class 4A All-State selection, averages about 20 points per game, He scored his 1,000th point this season.
Woods, also a Class 4A All-State selection, averages 12.2 points, 4.7 rebounds, and 3.1 assists per game. She also reached the 1,000-point mark this season.
The girls game is set for 3 p.m. with the boys game to follow.
