WINNSBORO – The Winnsboro Lions Club recently named its first honorary member, Julie Haynes, owner and manager of the Barn Express.
“Mrs. Haynes not only allows us to meet at the Barn for our regular meetings, but she also allows us to hold our annual Rann Foster pancake fundraiser at the Barn,” Lion Paul Dove said.
