WINNSBORO – The Winnsboro Rotary Club, along with the Lions Club, Fairfield Forward Alliance and the Town of Winnsboro, hosted an informal dedication on Tuesday, April 25, of a water fountain that has been installed on the walking trail of the Mt. Zion Park in Winnsboro.
“This collaborative effort between these organizations is intended to enhance the comfort of the citizens and their animals that visit the park,” said Winnsboro Rotary president Arthur Lathan.
