WINNSBORO – Friends and co-workers of Peggy Frick, Veterans Service Officer at the Fairfield County Veterans Affairs office in Winnsboro, gathered in her office last week to congratulate her and wish her well on her retirement.
Frick has been employed at the Veterans Affairs office for 8 years.
