Crickentree recognizes graduates, honorees

BLYTHEWOOD – The Crickentree community recognizes its neighborhood’s graduates and honorees from all educational levels.

Parker Craig, J.D., son of Steven and Sharleen Craig, received his Juris Doctorate degree from the College of Charleston School of Law and plans to pursue a law career.

Dr. Dub Taylor received his Doctorate in Business Administration from Walden University. He is married to Jennifer and currently serves as Vice President of Institutional Advancement at Allen University.

Jasmine Caruthers, J.D., daughter of Walter Stellpfug & Olive Caruthers, received her Juris Doctorate and International MBA degree from the University of South Carolina School of Law and is currently preparing for the bar examination.

Jada Bacote, daughter of Brian and Kimberly Bacote, received her high school diploma from South Carolina Connections Academy and will be attending Radford University in the fall majoring in Music Therapy.

Keon McKinley, son of Dr. Gary and Shayla Bethea, was promoted from Blythewood Middle School, and will be attending Heathwood Hall Episcopal School in the fall.

Samuel Burns, grandson of Crickentree resident Kathy Dianne Fuller, received his high school diploma from Blythewood High School. He will participate in a summer business internship and will attend college in the fall.

Chandler Pringle, son of Elbert and Candace Pringle, graduated from Blythewood High School and will attend Coastal Carolina. His twin sister, Elise Pringle, also graduated from Blythewood High School, and will attend SC State University in the fall.

Tyrell Commodore, a new Crickentree resident and nephew of Artis and Pheona Kelly, was promoted from Blythewood Middle School, and attend Blythewood High School.

Lucas Baker, son of Stephen and Nicole Baker, was promoted from the Center of Knowledge North and has plans to attend the Leadership Academic at Muller Road Middle.

Elijah Betha, son of Dr. Gary and Shayla Bethea, was promoted from the Living Springs Church Child Development Center and will attend Lake Carolina Upper School in the fall.
