WINNSBORO – Fairfield County Veterans Affairs partnered with the Chamber of Commerce to sponsor a Veterans Day Luncheon on Nov. 8 at the Boykin Recreation Center.
A highlight of the event was recognizing Fairfield County’s oldest living veteran, John Robinson, who is 100 years old.
Each veteran was given a gift bag that included blankets and socks, donated by the Fairfield Central Class of 1988.
