RIDGEWAY – It was a child’s Christmas dream come true in Ridgeway last weekend.
After the choir from Geiger Elementary entertained with a lively musical show, Santa, who arrived in a beautiful horse-drawn carriage, stepped out onto the lawn of the Century House to a cheering crowd.
Assisted by elf Phyllis Gutierrez, Santa then, with a Ho Ho Ho, and to the delight of the crowd, flung his arms wide toward the town’s Christmas tree and it lit up like fire in the night.
