BLYTHEWOOD – Contracted workers watch as water flows onto Winding Oak Way after a water main was damaged during the positioning of AT&T fiber optic cable in the Ashley Oaks subdivision, Feb. 3.
Utility workers from Columbia water were dispatched to the location and the leak was contained shortly after 8 p.m.
