BLYTHEWOOD – Bill and Barbara Shives, center, longtime Blythewood residents and founders of Shives Funeral Home and Bibi’s Kennels, were recognized at the Monday night town council meeting for their many contributions and dedication to the Blythewood community.
The Shives were selected to be the grand marshals of the Blythewood Christmas parade (which was canceled due to rain) last December.
