WINNSBORO – The Winnsboro Music Study Club will present its 2023-2024 scholarship recipient, Suzy Dye, in a recital Thursday, May 9 at 4 p.m., at Bethel ARP Church in Winnsboro.
Dye is a junior studying Musical Theatre at the South Carolina School of the Arts at Anderson University. She will present a combination of musical theatre and classical repertoire.
Abigail Baarendse, also a music performance major at Anderson University will accompany Dye on the piano.
The public is cordially invited to attend. The church is located at 101 N Zion St. in Winnsboro.
Suzy is the daughter of Roger and Laura Dye of Winnsboro and granddaughter of Leon and Dena Park, also of Winnsboro. She began her voice studies with Bootsie Livings in high school.
