AIKEN – In the 5A Division 2 races Saturday at Aiken Steeplechase, Westwood sophomore Rebecca Ashley was the school’s only representative. Ashley finished 56th in the girls race out of 109 runners. Ashley had a time of 21:34.73.
Fort Mill won both the girls and boys races. The girls placed all five runners among the top 16 finishers for a 38-point total. The boys team had four of the top seven runners, plus a 30th place finish to win with a 48-point total.
