BLYTHEWOOD – Center for Knowledge North held a Veterans Day celebration (pictured above) on Tuesday, Nov. 11 to show gratitude for veterans connected to the school.
The event featured special song and poetry performances, a speech from School Resource Officer and former Marine Michael Larabee, and a parade through the school hallway. “Thank you for your service, your sacrifice, and your unwavering dedication to our country,” the school said in a Facebook post following the event.
Pictured below, Round Top Elementary School celebrated Veterans on Nov. 11 with guest speakers and readers, group projects, and class research and discussions about why we recognize and celebrate this special day.
