Scots-Irish Day in Ridgeway

RIDGEWAY – Mayor Johnson read a proclamation designating March 6 as Scots-Irish Day for Ridgeway and celebrating March 10, 1875 as the day Ridgeway became a municipality.  Historical preservationist David Leuwer spoke on the significant influence of the Scots-Irish during the American Revolution.
