Ducks Unlimited
BLYTHEWOOD – The Ducks Unlimited annual fall dinner and raffle was held at Doko Manor on Nov. 16. Guests enjoyed dinner, an open bar and live auction. The evening was spent in hours long bidding and winning guns, decoys, game prints and other items. The raffles and auction raise money for wetlands and waterfowl conservation.
Blackstock Mini Park
Fairfield County cut the ribbon for the new Blackstock Mini Park on Nov. 16. The park, which includes picnic tables, a swing set, a jungle gym and a .16 mile walking trail, is located at 1776 Overlook Rd., in Blackstock.
