Miss Emily O’Connor was crowned Wee Miss RWA first runner-up; Miss Anna Grace Martin, Wee Miss RWA; Miss Emma Castles, Little Miss RWA and Miss Hannah Wilson, Little Miss first runner-up during Richard Winn Academy’s Miss RWA Pageant Sept. 29.
