The Rev. Craig Bailey, Pastor of Winnsboro’s First Baptist Church, addresses the crowd gathered outside the Fairfield County Sheriff’s Office Tuesday evening to participate in a ‘Wall of Prayer’ to honor and thank the County’s first responders. Sponsored by Rep. MaryGail Douglas and Sen. Creighton Coleman, The Wall was created as those attending joined hands and bowed their heads in prayer.
