As you may or may not know, the Town of Jenkinsville is attempting a forced annexation of 143 additional properties into the town. If you received this letter, your property is in jeopardy of being annexed or your property is currently in the incorporated town of Jenkinsville.
What does this mean for you? More taxes, any way you look at it! Not only will you continue to pay county taxes, you will start paying town taxes with no accountability for your hard earned money. Don’t be fooled by false promises.
Protect your property. Vote no Tuesday, June 5 at the Old Jenkinsville Fire Station on Highway 213. Your vote against annexation is the smart thing to do!
