New CAT team member

Richland County Sr. Deputy Roger Hovis of Blythewood was recently named by Sheriff Leon Lott to serve on the department’s Community Action Team (CAT). Hovis, who has been with the department for seven years, will be one of the 12 CAT team members serving seven patrol regions in the county.
