Winnsboro’s newest gift shop, Sunshine & Serenity Boutique, held its ribbon cutting ceremony on Saturday, Sept. 30 with a reception and music provided by Heyward Mattox, Gen Palmer, and Friends. The ribbon was held by owner Vanessa Reynolds and her children, Adam Hamelink, 11, Sarah Burleson, 27. It was cut by Reynolds’s grandaughter, Serenity Miller, 6. Sunshine & Serenity Boutique, located at 125 N Congress Street, Winnsboro, is open Monday – Saturday from 9:00 – 5:00.
