One killed in Dec. 24 crash

FAIRFIELD COUNTY – A single-vehicle crash on Christmas Eve in Fairfield County claimed the life of 21-year-old Armanti Rice-Richmond. According to S.C. Highway Patrol Master Trooper Hannah Davidson, the crash occurred at approximately 4:20 p.m. on Dec. 24 on SC 213 near Anderson Quarry Road.
