Food Lion to acquire Bi-Lo in Winnsboro
ALISBURY, N.C. — Food Lion announced on Tuesday that it plans to purchase the Bi-Lo grocery store in Winnsboro as well as 61 other Bi-Lo/Harveys Supermarket stores from Southeastern Grocers.
